Bishop John Gardner has currently presided as Senior Pastor for the past 10 years. Together Bishop Gardner and his beautiful wife Sherrie have a great passion and spirit filled annointing to win the lost, encourage the Saints, and equip this local church for the last day revival. Each one of their four children David, Jonathan, Amber and Kayla work in some area of ministry as they feel the call of God on their life as well......

When Bishop Gardner accepted the call into full time ministry Holton was a sleeping giant with an adverage attendance of 20-25, and the doors were about to be closed. But with the help of many church laity and the empowerment of the Holy Spirit this church and Bishop Gardners ministry has expoloded. We are and have been in a contstant state of revival seeing many lives changed, families restored and broken hearts mended. A church that was once going to be closed is now one of the top churches in the Church of God in Michigan.

Pastor Gardner is an ordainded Bishop, in the Church of God in Michigan. He is an expository preacher taking his congregation verse by verse through the word of God helping them to discover the Power of Gods Word and its relevance in their lives for today. He has been honored to speak at Western Michigan Mens Confrences, State Meetings for Developing Churches, Revivals and he has currently been honor by his peers to serve on the State Youth Board.
